As a specialist provider of CRM training, our courses meet the requirements of JAR OPS, the UK CAA and the FAA. Each of our CRM Instructors has been Accredited by the UK CAA, who have also inspected and approved our CRM Instructor training course.
We deliver CRM training courses to flight deck crew, cabin crew, ground crew, despatch and maintenance personnel and senior management.
We offer complete CRM training solutions to airlines worldwide. Our clients' operations include flag carriers, scheduled, charter, lo-cost, freight, quick-change freight/pax operations, military and helicopter operators. Our ability to analyse your particular needs means that we can guarantee to tailor a solution to match your precise requirements.
ITS also works with the non-operational departments of airlines and with non-aviation organisations, for whom we deliver Behavioural Development Training. On our Behavioural Development Team, we have development professionals with over 12 years experience in learning, change management and behavioural change. We have a track record of producing high impact solutions across the entire spectrum of human development in organisations. In addition the Behavioural Development Team have worked in operational management in senior positions and have applied the practices and knowledge we train, in real world situations, in real organisations, with real benefits realised.

1. We have over 20 years experience in designing and delivering behavioural skills training and more than 10 years experience in designing and delivering CRM training courses.
