FREE CASE STUDY
ITS has developed a number of CRM case studies covering various topics within the CRM syllabus.
Typically, these modules will consist of a lesson plan, supporting material and PowerPoint slides.
They may also include DVDs or desktop exercises.
There are case studies for pilot, cabin crew and joint pilot/cabin crew training courses.
We have provided this free case study to give you an overview of the style and content of the case studies we have
produced, or which we can design specifically for you.
The case study uses two actual incidents, with different airlines,
involving decompressions on Boeing 737 aircraft.
The module is suitable for pilot, cabin crew, or joint pilot/cabin crew CRM courses.
All aspects of the details included within the two incidents are accurate,
but the flight numbers and airlines details have been changed to respect
the confidentiality of those involved.
The primary objective for this case study is for delegates to
investigate and discuss issues around communication and co-ordination;
of course you may choose to use the module with alternative elements of the CRM syllabus.
The module consists of a lesson plan, supporting information, handouts and PowerPoint slides.
Before downloading the case study you must register or login.
