Computer Based Modules

ITS has produced a range of computer based CRM modules which cover each of the main CRM elements. The modules use very simple graphics, text and audio and they cover each element fully. There are modules for both pilots and cabin crew training.

Here you can download short samples of the Pilot Workload Management & SOP module and the Cabin Crew Communication module. The samples are only short sections of the full modules, and are designed to give you an overview of the style and content of the full modules.

Each module is supplied complete with Facilitator Instructions, a Facilitator Guide and a Delegate Handbook in PDF format. The relevant sections of these documents are included with each sample.

Please download and read through the Facilitator Instructions and the Facilitator Guide before running the sample.
