This course has been designed to give instructors the necessary knowledge and skills required to facilitate simulator training sessions in the context of CRM.
During the course delegates will cover the difference between instructional and facilitative styles of delivery, along with observing behaviours and giving feedback. There will be a number of practical sessions on the course so that delegates can practice these skills. Delegates will also discuss and practice the process of briefing and debriefing LOFT exercises. This course will also give delegates an increased awareness of their strengths and weaknesses as CRM Instructors in the simulator.
Delegate numbers on this course are restricted, so that each individual can obtain maximum benefit from both the theoretical and practical elements of the syllabus.
