
Recurrent CRM Training
In order to maintain skills at the highest level airline crew need on-going recurrent CRM training, indeed most Regulators require this training. In order to support operators in meeting the need for recurrent CRM training, ITS offers a design service which provides resources for annual training within your regulatory framework.
The service includes initial visits to the airline in order to establish priority areas for training, a design phase followed by the hand-off of materials to instructors. These typically include:
• Course Notes • Lesson Plans • Case Studies • Videos • Syndicate Exercises • Instructor Notes
Whilst the training is being delivered, and with the feedback from that training, ITS begins the process of designing the next year's module.
Should you wish we can also participate in the delivery of the training, to whatever level you require; from lending support during the first few courses, providing a facilitator to work alongside your own team, or the complete delivery of recurrent CRM training on your behalf.
