 CRM for Senior Management
This 1 day course is designed to show the relationship between management activity and airline safety. Because the ITS model of CRM is based on managing cost and risk, the course aims to reveal the linkage between cost-based activity and operational risk.
The course considers the mechanisms by which companies create and maintain safety culture whilst keeping commercial goals in clear view.
The course should be attended by all managers not directly involved in operational flying tasks, such as Marketing, Human Resources, Commercial, Financial, Procurement, Scheduling etc.
